5-room HDB flat with 94 years left on lease sold for S$1.8 million; highest resale price ever in Singapore

SINGAPORE: A five-room flat in Queenstown broke records as the most expensive resale HDB unit in Singapore’s history, changing hands for S$1.818 million, or a whopping $1,521 per square foot (psf).
